Tracking Orders

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GT Studio product. If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is contact our Customer Care at customercare@gtstudioproducts.com. Return credits are issued within 7 days once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

Return Shipping Process

Please contact us at customercare@gtstudioproducts.com within 30 days of purchase to request a return shipping label and return detail slip. Please include the return detail slip for each order you are returning. Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box. Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location.

We are unable to process returns from a retailer other than www.gtstudioproducts.com. Should you have a GT Studio Products purchase from another retailer to return, please follow the returns procedure of the outlet where you purchased the item.

Gift Return

If you are the recipient of a gift from our website and want to return it, please contact us at customercare@gtstudioproducts.com to request a Return Authorization and GT Studio Products customer account credit.
